Understanding our mind: What happens when we overload our mind?

One of the most fascinating skills that people have is the incredible ability to think and generate ideas of all kinds. But tell me if I'm wrong but this is not always a good sign or I'm the only one who has experienced a huge load on his brain, that feeling that often manifests itself as a simple headache but could often be associated with a saturation of ideas.

Greetings from @davinci.witness and the itaSTEM team.

Such an informative post. There can be so many side effects of having your mind overloaded with thoughts and ideas. It can lead to stress and anxiety. This can have an impact on our sleep and how we function throughout the day. This is some great insight into the thought processes that our mind goes through.

Yes, it's incredible find out that sometimes we are our worst enemy because of the tons of bad things that we can trigger in our mind in just a moment.

Having too much ideas, more than we can handle can be pathological. Bipolar patients are often presented with this kind of symptoms "flight of ideas".
