Q: Spaceflight Simulator for Android, is it realistic?
Recently I've installed the game "Spaceflight Simulator"
My profession is not related to space in any way, and I was... Not that good.
I was able to get into the orbit, dreaming about ICBM :D and theoretically, I knew what should be done to get to the Moon. However, in practice, it was much more difficult to imagine than to achieve.
Question for my astro boys and girls: Is this realistic and were you able to do anything you imagine?

haha i probably fail at taking off ! i think what you mentioned is true usually in theory we think it's this and that shd be ok, until we go into actual practise then we realise. Take the feedback from the experience and improve we will be better the next time !

I don't know anything about that app. But, I have found a way to use Google Earth as an Earth-orbital simulator. I used a joystick and tweaked controls so I could navigate at high altitudes.
This game looks like a much simpler, mobile version of Kerbal Space Program. If you haven't already you should really check it out! It has amazing build possibilities for your own space crafts and it lets you do science on other planets as well. Watch out as it is addictive 😃
