The memory of Stéphanie Lacroix honored in Timmins


A vibrant tribute was paid on Saturday afternoon to Stephanie Lacroix, a 25-year-old Franco-Ontarian from Timmins, one of the Canadian victims who lost their lives in the plane crash in Ethiopia last week.

In turn, parents and friends of the Franco-Ontarian have honored the memory of the young woman disappeared.

She was always involved in a multitude of projects and her passion for making a better world was contagious , she added.

Originally from Timmins, Northern Ontario, Stéphanie Lacroix was traveling as project coordinator for the United Nations Association in Canada, when the plane she was in crashed.
