I have been recently posting a lot about a stock that I absolutely adore and its name is APM industries as some readers would remember . I promised a detailed look into the company.
Let us look at the balance sheet..
Investment
The first thing readers need to get is that the whole company is on sale for around rs116 crores as of now ..if you were to buy every share the company has to offer ..
The investment totals to about 53 crores and an additional 46 crores of inventory with about 87 crores of net assets and only against a 37 crore of total debt giving the company an healthy net worth of 190 crores .. So basically in simple terms you are buying a business worth 190 crores for only 116 crores . A pretty good deal if you ask me in this god awful bull market with iditoic valuations with company's selling several times their net worth ..
