After what has felt like a month of selling, the Dow is up slightly today.

The cause is said to be on rumors of a FED rate cut.

Not sure how true or not true that is, but it seems to be what many are talking about...

If this were to happen it would be the first rate cut in a while.

The FED had been raising rates for much of 2017 and 2018.

However, we seem to be getting to a point now where further rate hikes don't make much sense...

And some are now calling for some rate cuts.

We shall see what the future holds.
