Documentary Review Making a Murderer P1 E6 Testing the Evidence

in #story5 years ago

This episode continues with the trial and the multiple searches of Steven's garage. Investigators went back as late as March to find the magically appearing flat bullet. On the stand the investigator said he saw Lenk on premises multiple days. Lenk, again. Lingering Lenk. Remember, he's Manitowoc. Information about Teresa being shot in the head came out only days before the bullet was found. The lab tech wrote down in her phone log that Fassbender told her to place Teresa in the house. She was also told to write inconclusive if Teresa's DNA wasn't found, a breach of protocol. She reported that Teresa's DNA was found on the bullet but nothing else she had tested for. No blood in the bedroom, no blood in the garage etc.

More burn sites. The burned bones were found in the pit by Steven, in a drum further away, and also much further away in a nearby quarry. WHAT? Parts of a pelvis were found at the quarry. All the fragments from all the bones from all the sites did not equal more than one body according to the forensic anthropologist on the stand. As we stated in the beginning of this series we usually don't watch these types of shows but bizarre just kept stacking up on bizarre. This is the strangest of strange stories that kept us captivated.
