FLASH FICTION: Waiting For The Boss

Some years ago, hundreds of job seekers went for an interview in a reputable company. After a rigorous interview session, only five applicants impressed the interviewers.
So they were asked to wait in the reception for a meeting with the top boss of the company.
Unknown to the job seekers, the company had a weird way of testing character before finally hiring applicants who passed the test.
After waiting for several hours, nobody showed up. At last, a shabby-looking cleaner walked into the room. Without saying a word, she grabbed her broom and started sweeping the reception.
Soon, everywhere became dusty and stuffy. And then it happened. Four of the job seekers, who were obviously frustrated, disrespectfully cautioned the cleaner to use her commonsense.
You should have at least opened the window before you started sweeping, they protested. Do you want to kill us?
While the protest was on going, the only job seeker who did not join in the protest walked up to the window, opened it, and turned off the air conditioner, to allow for some fresh air into the reception.
Just then the cleaner turned to the protesters and said, "In this organization, we don't complain. We look for solutions. I am the boss you all have been waiting for. I'll be hiring only the young woman who opened the window. The rest of you may go home."

I don't know if I'd wanna wait around for hours for a potential "Boss" to come. Then again, if he's a decent guy, it might be worth it.
