The right attitude

I was in the office when a colleague said that there are people in life who are destined to always their attitude and behaviour to get their breakthrough.

I thought over it and I came to realise that out attitude to people and out environment coupled with a good behaviour can shoot one to the top even without having to know anybody at the top.

What brought up the discussion was a lady in our next office who would come to our office to tell us that she wants to go and get snacks, that if any of us needs snacks we should send her to get it and she would say instead of us stressing ourselves climbing the staircase and all, one person can help to cater for it.

Few month later, her boss could not pay salaries and decided to lay off some staffs, she was among the staff that was asked to go but the same day her boss gave her a letter to another company and the boss said to her, I did nt ask you to stop because you were not good but I asked you to stop because your salary is too small for your attitude and behaviour to work.

The company her boss sent her to paid her twice her salary.

So you see good behaviour and attitude pays.
