short story-Heaven gained an angel

She looked down, hands shaking,
covered in blood. Numbness takes hold.
"This can't be true" she whispers
Another tear rolls down her eye.

"This isn't real" she says louder,
With pain in her voice, denying the truth.
She looks down, blood dripping down her
thighs...
HEAVEN GAINED ANOTHER ANGEL TODAY.

I just want to send some love to the women who have gone through miscarriages and stillbirths. Know that you are not alone.
