Harmful bacteria has destroyed the world as we know it.

The year is 2090. Australia is a deserted place ruled by right wing extremists. Once glorious, the Tower of America is now jagged.

Funny cleaner, Dr Ruben Mycock is humanity's only hope. Ruben finds the courage to start a secret revolutionary organization called The Seventh Spouts.

The fight is jeopardised when Ruben is tricked by malicious actor, Prof Rosie Palm, and injures his upper lip.

Armed with flippers and brains, The Seventh Spouts try their best to save mankind, but can they defeat ruthless right wing extremists and restore the Tower of America to its former glory?
