The Curse of the Stripy Window
A Horror Story

Whilst investigating the death of a local mechanic, a wild cleaner called Sasha Pandiaz uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, stripy window circulating throughout London. As soon as anyone uses the window, he or she has exactly 28 days left to live.

The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look snap. A marked person feels like a wobbly hamster to touch.

Sasha gets hold of the window, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into her mind: a grubby rabbit balancing on a dull mechanic, an old newspaper headline about a crocodile taming accident, a hooded goldfish ranting about fingers and a drinking well located in a snooty place.

When Sasha notices her eyes have hamster-like properties, she realises that the curse of the stripy window is true and calls in her son, a doctor called Ron Cheea, to help.

Ron examines the window and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the grubby rabbit balancing on a dull mechanic particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death.

Sasha and Ron pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded goldfish. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
