The Buddha with a fan is one of the Buddha statues that were displayed outside a mall. It was located in the Lucky Chinatown in Manila, Philippines.

I took the photo above in an afternoon time. The banner on its side helps in giving the visitors some details about it. It is stated in the banner that the "Buddha with a fan wards off bad luck, accidents and physical harm".
