Guest snap by @ailindigo: The garbage car

I took this pic from the window of my parent's living room, it may seem that the this car is able to be used, but it's not; from this window you cannot see how much tacky it is, but what can really be seen is the trash that is right next to it. I guess this car belongs to someone here in this building but it has been there for a long time, what I dislike the most is the fact that there's trash next to it; there are some trash cans for people to put their garbage inside them, so it's not understandable why they do this. However, I cannot whine too much about this since this is a common behavior in this country, I shouldn't complain too much about this since the whole neighbourhood is sorrounded with trash (wait for that post).
