They Sell Kitsch Don't They?
This photo was made on a main street of a small Istrian town called Porec. Here there are a lot of sellers offering all sorts of plastic things to tourists.
Kitsch?
Dictionary defines it as art, objects, or design considered to be in poor taste because of excessive garishness or sentimentality, but sometimes appreciated in an ironic or knowing way.
Like it or not this kitch brings smiles to faces of children around. And of course sellers ;)
