Streetphotography: Walk After Dinner
Good Evening Lovelies
It’s my habit to head out for a walk after dinner, for at least 30 minutes. Walk after dinner has several health benefits. It helps to digest the food, that may otherwise would cause acidity and constipation if one goes straight to bed after dinner.
After I adopted the dinner walk habit 70% of my stomach problems got resolved. Thanks to the friend who suggested it to me.
