making chicken skin fries

I tried to make chicken fries for sale in Indonesia, which is hot nowadays.

I am a beginner cook who knows how to make simple dishes, but my younger brother

I asked my brother to make it.

First of all, chicken shells are available at local markets or chicken houses.

It is about 3000 won per kilo and if you are lucky, you can buy free chicken as a gift.

I purchased online for 3,000 won per 1 kilo.

The following items are required.

Chicken skin 200G, pepper, a little salt, soy sauce (soy sauce used here is Mongolian soy sauce) 1 tablespoon potato frying powder (frying powder is also available)

  1. First, chop the chicken skin in a good size to eat. If you are not afraid of touching, it will come to an end.
  1. Pour the well-chopped shell into two pieces of salt, add the pepper and soy sauce.
  1. Put the potato starch powder in a marinated shell and rub it. Because it is under the deep frying, it will give evenly.
  1. All work is finished. Pour the cooking oil into a large bowl of frying pan and boil it.
  1. If the temperature goes up a bit, change into medium fire, put a little chicken bark, and the fry is locked and ready when it comes up.
  1. Put one piece of chicken skin so that oil does not splash. (It is the key to not sticking.)
  1. Fry for about 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
  1. It is recommended to serve it with seasoned chicken sauce.
  • You can put the salt in the early season with the seasoning, but you can mix it with salt after sprinkling it.

When we finished, fried chicken shell surprisingly was surprised at texture and surprisingly good. I'm preparing to release it from the end of June.
