Welcome to #SublimeSunday a tag presenting you with the unique opportunity to post something a bit different, wacky, crazy or just whatever takes your fancy and instigated by me @c0ff33a ☕️
First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
This Sunday like most of them recently involves taking my boy to the Swimming Baths in the afternoon - good exercise but not so great for blog posts. In the morning I had the usual toil to the shop, so I took the opportunity to turn down a road I see many cars pull out of but I have never been down. That led to another, then another and then a dead end. After a turn round a followed a different turning and found a dead end with a footpath.
A path good enough for a #SublimeSunday walk, I parked in a housing estate but in a few steps I found myself in this lovely woodland.
Plenty of trees, and some sell have their leaves.
Crazy uptree angle, this tree has plenty of moss.
Further up though, and no moss.
Autumn colours though are prevailing
This path has been trodden before.....
Trees and leaves and mossy walls.
A switch onto a different path.
The leaves are dry and old on here.
So much countryside so near by
The moss on these dry stone walls I find very interesting, softens the look of the wall.
Plenty of green still around to enjoy
Leaves looking good
Look at those trees lined up against the wall
Beautiful autumnal colours here, a paradise worth walking to.
One last look at the woodland before my journey to the shop continues.

Sublime, Naturally! I like taking the path least known to me, although, I do have a tendency to get a little lost then.
You should switch over to Saturdays for your Sublmine Sunday. Just until swim time is over. Then you wouldn't feel so rushed, you know as you probably have NOTHING to do on Saturday! LOL

Maybe I should just go swimming on a Saturday instead! But the swimming pool is near my Dad’s house and I visit him after and cook Sunday lunch for him and us. He comes swimming sometimes too - 3 generations of swimmers!

Thank you very much, it’s just my trusty old iPhone 7 Plus taking the photos - it does the job considering it has me to rely on for pointing at thinks and taking the photo! I quite liked the moss in this walk, green on walls has a strange appeal for me.

Now, I am beginning to think autumn has this effect on people: make them take picture of long lonely path with fallen leaves.
Yes, that is exactly right! It’s autumn let’s taken photos of all the fallen leaves. I like them though, make for some pretty views.

We have all the trees and leaves you could ever want, you can have the leaves out of my garden though - they are always a pain to clean up!
