Sublime Sunday: Changes

A snowfall can make the landscape look like it’s been kissed by the snow fairy.
This is for #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108).
My Sunday morning was with lots of snow on the ground and stuck to the side of the buildings.

Blue Jays flying in for a Sublime Sunday breakfast.
My friend phoned to see if I wanted to go to Charlottetown with her to the Flea Market. The temperature was rising and the roads were clear so away we went for the afternoon.
When I got back home the soft rain had taken some of the snow away.
Here’s the shed now. That’s not a little angel to the left but a Blue Jay taking off.
The lone Jay checking if any food left after the rain washed the snow from the back deck.

Those blue jays are quite persistent. Just like the blackbirds I have here. But luckily, our kitties are guarding the house. 😂
Thanks Roxy. We are getting warmer weather today. This early snow is melting but that probably won’t last this time of the year. It’s nice to see the birds. The cats would sure love to hunt them down. They do guard the house..not even a fly escapes them. 😃

Winter is beautiful, @redheadpei ... and passable. I like Blue Jays. Where I live, in Romania, there are not these beautiful birds.

That’s a whole load of snow, the evergreens look good covered in it though. You must have a good bit of wind for the snow to catch the side of the building like that’s
The blue jays are really cute, they seem quite a tame bird to not mind being photographed. Super edit at the end of the kitties.

Thanks Rob. I hope your weather is better over there. Yes, we had quite a storm, snow & wind. Feels like I went to bed Dec 2nd and woke in the middle of January the way the weather has been these days. 😂
A family of Blue Jays live in the nearby tree and are always around.
