My nephew got babtised!

I know it's been a while since I posted again ๐ I so suck ๐ lol.... Busy Sassy!
I was going to post this last weekend as this was on Saturday the day before my birthday.
But better late than ever right?
This is my baby nephew Agaton who got babtised in a beautiful church and got some sweet gifts ๐ Enjoy
I love this church and it has much history and I wish I knew more about it.
It's from 1723 and has been preserved really well!
A really old grave and such beautiful details!

And when you enter and se the wiew inside its truly amazing... So much details and amazing paintings!

And then they came and my beautiful nephew got babtised ๐

Then we went to another place where the after party was and just as beautiful wiew!
And then the place we had some amazing food and cakes ๐ lol
It was a beautiful decoration and every seat had this cute babtised dress by napkins and a picture of Agaton with some candy ๐ญ
And he got some really cool gifts... A firetruck and a moweo leather-go-chair ferrari red (that was my favorite.. So cool)
and a rocking elephant...YES actually.. ๐
We were all expecting it to be a horse but a elephant ๐ lol
I love when things are a bit different
And then my brother sang this beautiful song to his son about welcome to the world and into our home... You are valuable and there is a plan for you... So beautiful! โค๏ธ
That was my Saturday and amazing time with my family and amazing nephew who always smiles and giggles ๐ค๐ That was what I wanted to share with you guys as it is no better gift than Love, and GREAT FRIENDS who knows how to brighten your day! HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEK AHEAD AND KEEP A THANKFUL HEART.... MEANS A HAPPY HEART!! The church I went to as a child shut down and was converted into a town library... Kind of strange to me, but you could say it was in serious decline for many years :O

Well that's another story for another time ๐
Although it's strange to go back to my old area and see so much change. I'm no longer friends with anyone I grew up with... even the woods I used to play in are now overgrown with weeds and small trees... there was once a lot of worn footpaths from all the activity... and many nice plants... now... it's all messy overgrowth ๐ฒ
Wow... That much change? Usually there are some things that looks the same.
Lots have changed in my birth town to and the place where I went to school etc.
But I still regonize most of it, just with a one changes that I think is for the better.
But some areas I wish had looked the same.
But it's crazy your place is soo different and apparently not well perserved at all. It's kind of sad I think. Must be strange walking there and remembering how it use to look.

My jaw hit the floor when I saw the beauty of that church! I haven't ever seen such an old and well preserve building. That being said, it was a really good family day. One of those days that will be worthy to look at on the photo records on the years to come.

That is a splendid old church, amazing to see it in such good after so long - I wish I had aged as well as it!
Baptisms are always a wonderful family time, apparently when I was baptised they had run out of holy water and had to borrow a bottle of Sprite to top it up, to this day I can't drink a bottle of sprite without pouring some on my head.
Your nephew is so cute, always so smiley and I bet the will love rocking on the elephant!
