The accumulation of qualities within us will enhance our quality, guide us into what we want to be.

Suppose that boiling water is of a higher quality; ice is low quality; temperature is the quality of the condition. Well, to produce high quality, that is boiling water, it needs accumulation of quality requirements. To convert ice to boiling water requires temperature accumulation.

Independent

Mandiri means being independent of others. The average person always hangs his efforts on someone he thinks is more capable. He does not have the confidence to take responsibility for what he does. Nor does he have the confidence to formulate the steps he must take to succeed.

Instead, he needs the direction of others in formulating the steps he must follow.

In the business world, of course, people who are not independent will be lost to the independent by the independent. When an independent person has gone through a step, an insecure person just asks for direction from others to formulate the steps he or she has to take.
