Don't break the chain
Don't break the chain is a simple method to reach your goals, create new habits or get rid of bad habits.
Here is an instruction:
1.Set a goal
2.Mark off the days on which you work toward that goal.
3.After you've done this for several days you will have a chain of marked off days. Your new goal is to not break the chain by working toward that goal every day. The chain will be a motivator for you.
To mark off the days you can use a calendar, an app (just search for "don't break the chain" on the Google Play Store or on the AppStore) or the website http://dontbreakthechain.com
