Coconut-water:-

Coconut-water can be pleasant drink in the summer. It gives calories and energy just as it colls the body. This natural water helps keep the stomach acid level under control and stabilize the somach.

Water-rich fruit-vegetables:-

Watermelon, melon, strawberry and pitch fruits are very rich in the fruits. They helps to stay energetic and active throughout the day. Simultaneeously, the lack of water due to heat in the body due to removal of heat.

Curd:-

This probiotics can be eaten every day in summer. It helps in digestion. There are plenty of good bacteria in the diet, which helps in solving various body problems. @As well as keep the body cool from inside.

Herbal:-

There are some cooling herbs that coll the stomach inside and keep the overall physiological process comfortable. Mint, Menthol and Camomile- Some of the herbal medicines which help control stomach heat.
