Swace Refocuses Marketers on User-Brand Interactions in the Gaming Landscape

While more and more marketers are shifting their focus to digital marketing strategies, gamification techniques are implemented at full efficiency to boost marketing campaigns. Swace, a new medium for exploring user-brand interactions, proposes a novel way for companies to improve the engagement with customers. Opportunities for brands
Swace is a cloud solution with a system of microservices, automated workflow and elastic API. With its advanced technical equipment, Swace creates a supportive environment for brands to utilize games and develop rewards for their marketing campaigns. Once a company has developed a marketing strategy and transferred a sum needed for its implementation, the platform will design a game based on parameters set by a company with regard to a targeted group, including age, gender, interests, etc.

The whole scope of the games provided on the platform can be divided into two groups with regard to access permissions. Games which target a broad group of customers can be entered openly. On the contrary to it, games with private access will be available by invitation. In order to initiate a new habit — that is, to attract customers to a particular product, brands will be able to choose from variety of games. For instance, companies can implement location-based solutions, games with integrated augmented reality or even introduce a new product while offering participation in a testing campaign.

Images are by far the most popular content on social networks. In this regard, Swace will introduce a special game for posting images on several themes, so that users will be able to vote pictures. Another clever strategy to gain customers' loyalty is so-called emotional sharing, that is, users will be charged to post photos and link their emotions to particular products.

Opportunities for customers
Users will be able to register on the platform with their social media accounts. In order to enter a game, they first need to pay a check-in fee. Together with a certain amount of tokens allocated by a company for its marketing strategy implementation, check-in fees will form a reward budget. While achieving certain goals with various games, users will be rewarded with SWA tokens both for participation and providing invitations. SWA tokens, in turn, can be exchanged into prizes as well.
