Sylo has partnered with Centrality, the top global blockchain venture studio, with offices in London, Auckland, Melbourne and Singapore to become its only provider of storage and communication technologies. This means every DApp from centrality can plugin into the ecosystem to use Sylo's communication plugins and storage for their applications.

The technology works smoothly thanks to features from the Sylo protocol, which is the main networking layer of the Sylo application, this layer allows for easier peer-to-peer connections which is crucial for exchanging data inside the network.

Through this protocol, people can charge other users depending on the time they offered them, this option works exceptionally well for professionals. In order for Sylo to have achieved its goal it needs to ensure all the communication that occurs on their app happens not only securely, but in an assuring way - just as it would if the users were together face to face.

On the technology side, everything is straightforward on paper, but complex in the real sense. For example, in this case, the Sylo protocol uses list of client-side APIS that function to maintain easier communications between Connected Applications and all this is made possible by two distributed services; Storage and Signalling.

Sylo storage is a network of storage resources that will basically store user data and information, in exchange for some SYLOs, connected applications can also use these resources to host their DApps. All this information will be secure and fully transparent to the users of the connected applications. The next service, Sylo signaling will enable connectivity requests to be sent and messages communicated.

But to understand how the technology will fit into the bigger picture, we need to understand the team behind the scenes.
