Blockstream Launches Tool For Exchanges To Prove Liquidity

One of the biggest problems of centralized exchanges is that there is no way of knowing if they actually have the funds that they claim to have. In order to solve this, Bitcoin development company Blockstream has released an open source tool that allows for exchanges to prove their liquidity. Blockstream hopes to increase the transparency in Crypto industry with this new tool. Rather than building a new solution from scratch, they've built a robust system that iterates upon existing tested methods.
