No one can force you to marry anyone and that is the reality of it. A broken courtship is still preferable to a broken marriage. Marriage is a long term commitment and why I would always say you shouldn’t go out with someone you know you don’t want to marry. Save yourself the heart ache, pain and waste of emotions, coupled with resources.
He can’t deny the fact that he now has a child; if the test shows positive. He has to own up to his responsibilities. He can’t ignore the mother too. She is going to be in his life at one point of the other. These are the things he must deal with. Whatever his plans are, from now on he has to factor the child into it. The lady is smart, in fact, super smart, because she's using the pregnancy as it were as a bargaining chip for marriage which is to be expected. No lady likes feeling used. Guys feel things differently to ladies. If the pregnancy didn’t work, she will still use other mechanism to keep the guy.
Ladies often resort to this tactic anytime they feel they are being used. Like I said, both genders feel things differently. She felt that having slept with her all this while, and now the guy wants to dump her, she had to pull such a stunt. It's why you should seek to pursue wholesome relationship rather than taking an opportunistic approach to women, because such approach can hook you for life and you might end up regretting it.
Relationship requires a lot of emotions and feelings; which is why you shouldn’t take it for granted. Don’t go for it if you know you are not up to it. Men view sex differently from women sometimes. Men want to hop on the next available sweetness, while for women; it is deep, intense and quite emotional. They view their body as an asset and when they give you their asset, you should prove you are worth it. This is why this lady resulted into such a tactic because she felt her investment is about to go down the drain, and also why most ladies always feel used, since they have shared the most intimate part of their body.

Well said @olawalium ,marriage is a long term commitment and If someone isnt ready for it he simply stay away from such matters of love and sex.
Love demands respect. Respect is the first priority in love.without respect marriage will not run for long term.

Thats what i wanted to refer....when a girl is ready to share bed and get undressed in front of a boy , it is not about having sex , but it meant a lot to her. She only get ready when sge feel secure with a boy and she gave her heart to him.
She feel complete with a boy of her choice whereas for a boy the girls are like an instrument to use.
Unless and untill they are not into a long relation ship till then it is hard for survive.

Marriage is really a long term commitment and it should be done right. You have a baby with her due to mistake and misplaced priority on your part but you can correct it by not seeing that as a necessity for marriage. What a wise view you shared there for that young man. This is good.
Of course no one would force you to marry who you don't want to marry but you should avoid sex with those you move with or you end up having aa family you didn't Poland's to have
