Positioned For Growth III.
In life, we all want to grow. We all want to be better than the person we were. We all seek improvements and a better life. These desires and lifestyle we seek for are not without a price. In life, you may not get what you pay for, but you will surely pay for what you get.
This post seeks to address the things we need to do, so we can bring about or birth the increase we desire. How do you position yourself for growth?.
Everything that must be great must be growing. Greatness cannot start in a vacuum; it is called growth. It must start from a minute state and keep growing.
What sets people apart from the crowd and conditioned them for the growth that is to come?

2. Self awareness.
One of your goals in life is to find out who you are and be intentional about it. Commitment is the primary key to achieving goals in life. You need to know who you are and knowing who you are points to recognizing your gifts and potentials while leveraging and working on it.
In life, we need to know who we are. What we carry on our inside can fuel and birth a great nation but without recognizing it, we can kill the dreams of many nations. When purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable. Once we don't know the value of what we carry on the inside, we lose who we really are.
Realizing who you are and what you carry will allow you to know what you carry and who you are. A lot of people are known and defined by their gifting. Seek to know yours.
When you have recognized and identified who you really are, then go for additional trainings. These additional trainings give you more self awareness and teach you how to channel your gift and leverage on who you are. These trainings also opens you up to possibilities; makes you see what is possible and what areas you can exploit. You also have a shift in paradigm with these trainings.
Everyone around and those whom you admire simply created value around who they are and what they carry and to avoid having to live a frustrated life, you should seek to do the same.
Be conscious of who you are, go for additional trainings and create value around it. Life is for problem solvers.
