Everyone has certain talent, and it can be sharpened to serve its specific purpose. Therefore, the process of sharpening your talent requires at least two steps.

First, you need to find out the talent you have. There are ways through which you can discover your talent. One of the indicators of your talent is that when you are doing something, you can do it effectively and joyfully.

Secondly, after you have come to know your talent, you have to use it according to its designated purpose. Trying to accomplish a purpose by using a wrong talent can be frustrating. A talent can be compared to a butter knife or a razor blade. Both have edges but for different purposes. The blade is used for shaving the beard, whereas, the butter knife is for spreading butter onto bread. If we try to use a shaving blade for bread and the butter knife for the beard, it is not only ridiculous but also frustrating.

Therefore, we must appropriately utilise our talents for the different purposes, just like using the blade and the butter knife for their respective functions.
