Actually, when I was in Bali, I think I may have tried a few of the dishes, or at least dishes with some bamboo in them. I definitely tried rice cooked in it and meat grilled on skewers made from it.

Actually I am hearing for the first time that people eat bamboo. I guess I have been ignorant of that for a long time
I don't think it is a common meal in most places.

I didn't realize it myself until very recently. Although I guess some people will eat anything. It actually wasn't all that bad.

The food served with bamboo has a delicious taste and aroma. In Indonesia, many traditional foods are cooked and served using bamboo.
