All in one place that you will definitely adore. The elegant ambiance, good value of money and scrumptious food that you will fall in love with.
So far this is one of the best luxurious Spanish Restaurant I've tried in Cebu Philippines.
Ordered vegetable salad and pizza as our late snack. The flavor makes you say "OMG"! I wanna go back to this place again and it is a topnotch.
High class experience and high class food to devour with my friends. What a day!
Ampersand Bar and Restaurant offers international dishes but mostly Spanish cuisine.
Accompanied with live band music while enjoying your food and drinks. They also offer desserts.
I highly recommend Ampersand hence they are open til 2 am, so it is ideal for romantic date and dine in experience especially for lovers.
A perfect destination to unwind when you wanted to take a breather and good conversation.

for me, the price is reasonable jud :) lamikaau sa wlay pag.mahay pero ang price pang.ok ra jud sa mga ng.date2 heheh

Seems that I still have to explore cebu more. Hmmn, all I visit is the famous lechon in there like rico's. I may also suggest, once you get to know each other after the blind date, visit the famous whaleshark diving in Sumilon Island, just make sure to do it before the eating.
Been here, i loved loved loved their rib eye steak.
