Lunch Date with Bestie at The Hungry Bear || Weekly Choice
I've been talking about having lunch date with friend over a week ago, so yesterday after doing the groceries we went to our favorite Korean restaurant "Hungry Bear"
We both decided to order the hot pot meal.
I was torn beetwen Bibimbap or Spicy Tofu, but decided to go for Bibimbap after quite sometimes thinking.
They have two choices of Bibimbap, Marinated Beef and Spicy Pork.
I picked the Spicy Pork, The portion was quite big, Rice topped with vegetables, fried egg, pork, optional hot chili paste and miso soup.
Cost $16.96 CAD.
The taste wasn't dissappointing at all, pork taste just as good, and a lot of veggies from mushrooms, carrots and cucumber.
And my friend had the Vegetarian Spicy soft tofu, I tried her food and it was so so good! I was so jealous, Haha.
Oh well, just have to back there and order it next time.
This soup is also comes with a big portion and a bowl of rice. It's really worth it to pay $16.95 CAD.
There was only 3 tables reserved when we arrived there around 12 noon, but then about 15 minutes later bunches of customers came in and didn't left any table emty.
I came here before and just like what I said on my earlier blog/review about this restaurant is that this is just a simple restaurant but they serve a really great foods!
Overall, the price aren't bad at all!
Great services, great meal, great price!!
Is just that too small restaurant with such great meals and always bunches of customers.
