A Very "Muhibah" Place In Penang

My family loved to come here to enjoy the Pasembur, the satay and also the sea breeze which is also part of the childhood memory of most of my family members. This part of the town is like a place filled with memory for me. Before that, there was no food court here and not sure when the food court was being revamped and built into the today's version which is nice and unique in its nature. There are two segments where the Halal and non-Halal eat separately. A good way to manage the customers and also it shows the spirit of tolerance in Malaysia. We can eat side to side and people enjoyed such ambiance.

In the Halal segment, there are 3 Pasembur stalls (selling something like a mixed of fried food with awesome gravy and shredded vege). So far, this Pasembur stall is the one I ordered the most from but apparently this time was not that good as the fried stuff are not that fresh. Nonetheless, the gravy is good though with the sweet and spiciness mixed well. That day was a very hot day so we ordered Teh Ice and also Limau Ice to quench the thirst.

This is a place that you could come during night time where you could enjoy seafood, malay, indian, chinese style delicacies. Compared to all the cafes and restaurants around Georgetown, this could be a place that is less toursisty and good to come and dip in the local culture.
