When Francis Meets Rempah in Penang
This was a unique lunch in the revamped Fort Cornwallis of Penang Island. The restaurant served localized Nyonya food with an unique gastronomical experience for the customers. Located at the coastal side of Georgetown, the place holds a historical memory of Penang Island since the Colonial era. Now, being revamped into commercial use while retaining the physical form of it, it really brings different feeling for us to dine in the restaurant. Ohya, going into the fort requires to pay for an entrance fee but if you are a customer for Kota, then that could be waived.

Overall, the price was reasonable for such experience and it is good to bring friends from other states or country to drop by and have a taste on the Nyonya delicacies served by this restaurant. After the meal, we also have the chance to walk around the Fort as well as the coastal area to enjoy the seabreeze and take great photos.
