This time I want to introduce some unusual food.
Usually, meat is eaten through cooking, such as grilling or boiling.
By the way, very fresh meat may be eaten raw.
Koreans sometimes eat beef that way.
Koreans usually eat raw beef together with seasonings.
I ordered raw beef, half was seasoned, half was not seasoned.
First, various side dishes came out and it was good to be able to eat together.
I finally got the main dish, and it was nice to eat it with a separate sauce.
