The Bay of Angels
The "Baía dos Anjos", which means "the bay of the angels", is one of the most famous bars of Sao Miguel.
Here you can expect various event programs and music shows.
Thus a good meeting place to beverages with friends.
"Baía dos Anjos", the bay of angels, is at the harbour of Portas do Marina and very close to the heart of the capital Ponta Delgada.
The location is divided into bar and restaurant, so you have to decide if you want to eat or drink. Because on the side of the bar you can't order any dishes.
Nevertheless, we decided to stay on the bar side.
With a beer and Americano we told each other the news and enjoyed the evening and sunset.
It is a little bit more expensive, which is why there is a minus point on my part and in the "Baía dos Anjos" mostly sailors, tourists and some hipsters come, why it is not completely mine. But for a short meeting with friends it is always okay.
Somewhat unpleasant were the starved and pushy pigeons here, they fly straight onto the table and steal the food...

A Baía dos Anjos
A "Baía dos Anjos", que significa "a baía dos anjos", é um dos bares mais famosos de São Miguel.
Aqui você pode esperar vários programas de eventos e shows musicais.
Assim, um bom ponto de encontro para bebidas com amigos.
A "Baía dos Anjos", a baía dos anjos, fica no porto das Portas do Marina e muito perto do coração da capital Ponta Delgada.
A localização está dividida em bar e restaurante, pelo que tem de decidir se quer comer ou beber. Porque ao lado do bar não se pode pedir pratos.
No entanto, decidimos ficar do lado do bar.
Com uma cerveja e o Americano contamos as novidades um ao outro e apreciámos a noite e o pôr-do-sol.
É um pouco mais caro, e é por isso que há um ponto negativo da minha parte e na Baía dos Anjos vêm principalmente marinheiros, turistas e alguns hipsters, porque não é totalmente minha. Mas para um breve encontro com os amigos está sempre bem.
Um pouco desagradáveis eram os pombos esfomeados e insistentes que aqui estavam, voavam diretamente sobre a mesa e roubavam a comida...

Die Bucht der Engel
Das "Baía dos Anjos", was soviel heißt wie “Die Bucht der Engel“ ist eine der bekanntesten Bars Sao Miguels.
Hier erwarten einen diverse Veranstaltungsprogramme und Musikalische Einlagen.
Somit ein guter Treffpunkt um sich mit Freunden zu verabreden.
“Baía dos Anjos“, die Engelsbucht, am Hafen von Portas do Marina und sehr Zentral im Herzen der Hauptstadt Ponta Delgada.
Die Location ist in Bar und Restaurant aufgeteilt, somit hat man sich zu entscheiden ob man Fressen oder Saufen will. Denn auf der Seite der Bar kann man keine Gerichte bestellen.
Trotzdem entschieden wir uns auf der Barseite zu verweilen.
Bei einem Bier und Americano erzählten wir uns die Neuigkeiten und läuteten den Abend ein.
Es ist etwas teurer hier, weshalb es einen Minuspunkt meinerseits gibt und im “Baía dos Anjos“ kommen meist Segler, Touristen und manch ein Hipster, weshalb es nicht ganz meines ist. Doch für ein kurzes Treffen mit Freunden ist es allemal okay.
Etwas unangenehm waren die ausgehungerten und aufdringlichen Tauben hier, diese fliegen schnurstracks auf den Tisch und klauen das Essen...
