SPAGHETTI or CARBONARA
Its date night once again.
The hubs is currently craving for some spaghetti and I for coffee. What an odd pair eh! Oh well, that is how love goes. Two very different people to come as one.
Anyway, its right timing for the theme this week which is NOODLES!
My Order
We went to BOs Coffee Shop to have my caffeine addiction sated. Fortunately, they also offer noodles in their menu.
We both ordered two kinds of pasta dish. We debated on which taste even better, Spaghetti or Carbonara. We will see!
Bolognese
Php 185.00 ($3.65)
I am always tempted to choose the classic tomato based spaghetti. It is creamy and riched in flavors. The noodles are al dente, just the way I like it. One plate can be shared for two, but I dont want sharing this time.. hahaha!
It also comes with toasted garlic bread.
Carbonara
Php 185.00 ($3.65)
Almost everyone I know loves Carbonoara, except me. I am really not a fan of the white sauce, the kid inside me always makes me hate it. But the hubs, insisted that I should give it a try.
Surprisingly, the creaminess of the egg, cheese and ham had brought a neutral taste to my picky tongue. It wasnt that bad at all. I somehow liked it.
We also ordered some sandwich with chips.
And our coffee, mine was Mocha Froccino and his was Latte.
