Everybody Loves Sushi!
I really like this kind of Oriental dish and at least once a month I enjoy to eat it. There are a lot of restaurants in Siena which offer sushi and there are cheaper and more expensive. At the same time the prizes depend on the quality of the fish and the rice. I write this because I think that fish should be fresh to be eaten as sushi, but also the rice can have a great role in a hosamaki roll , for example.
So yesterday I would like to eat sushi with my friends and together we decided to go to Rakki Sushi: this is a medium prize restaurant and the fish is really good...to be honest here I like the beer too!
Every Saturday evening this place is full of people: it is a restaurant where you can follow the formula all you can eat and if you add this aspect to a good prize, you understand that it is important to book your table some days before!
My favourite sushi dishes are always with salmon: hosomaki and uramaki because there are a lot of good tastes there and cheese too. Instead I do not love sashimi, because it has a flat taste in my opinion and indeed I like nigiri, because in this case there is the rice too.

Mi piace molto questo tipo di piatto orientale ed almeno una volta la mese mi appassiona andarlo a mangiare. Ci sono molti ristoranti a Siena che offrono il sushi e ce ne sono più economici e più costosi. Allo stesso tempo i prezzi dipendono dalla qualità del pesce e del riso. Scrive questo perché credo che il pesce dovrebbe essere fresco per essere mangiato come sushi, ma anche il riso può avere un grande ruolo in un hosamaki roll , per esempio.
Così ieri mi sarebbe piaciuto mangiare del sushi con I miei amici ed insieme abbiamo deciso di andare a Rakki Sushi: questo è un ristorante di medio livelli e il pesce è davvero buono…per essere onesti qui mi piace anche la birra!
Ogni sabato sera questo luogo si riempie di persone: è un ristorante dove puoi seguire la formula all you can eat e se aggiungi questo aspetto ad un buon prezzo, capisci che sia importante prenotare un tavolo alcuni giorni prima!
I miei piatti di sushi preferiti sono sempre con il salmone: hosomaki e uramaki perché ci sono molti buoni sapori che si mixano qui ed anche il formaggio. Invece non amo il sashimi, perché ha un gusto piatto secondo me ed infatti mi piacciono i nigiri, perché in questo caso c’è anche il riso.
On every table there are also 2-3 soya sauce bottles and every guest has his/her little bowl where it is possible to put some sauce.
When I am with friend we like to order mixed dishes with different kind of sushi, sashimi and nigiri: because in this way we can eat also different kinds of food that we would not never order in a single dish (8 pieces). This is a good solution to discover something of very good...or something of gross!

Su ogni tavolo ci sono anche 2-3 bottigliette di salsa di soia ed ogni commensale ha il suo ciotolino dove è possibile mettere un po’ di salsa.
Quando sono con I miei amici ci piace ordinare piatti misti con diverse tipologie di sushi, sashimi e nigiri: perché in questo modo possiamo mangiare differenti varianti di cibo che non avremo mai ordinate in un piatto singolo (8 pezzi). Questa è un’ottima soluzione per scoprire qualcosa di veramente buono…o qualcosa di disgustoso!

The restaurant is very cool and there are a lot of strange decorations: Japanese/Chinese statues and also comic books in large showcases, as you can see in the following photo.
Il ristorante è molto carino e ci sono molti strane decorazioni: statue giapponesi/cinesi ed anche fumetti in ampi, come potete vedere nella foto qui di seguito.
The menu is 22€ per guest and the beverages are not included in: so we spent 25€, because we drank also a pair of Sapporo Beers and water.
Il menu costa 22€ a commensale ele bevande non sono incluse: così abbiamo speso 25€, perché abbiamo bevuto una paio di Birre Sapporo ed acqua. div>
