The oven/Il forno. [ita/eng]

Here is a pastry that I find adorable, I met this place the last December when I left my boyfriend. I was very sad and I really needed cakes and cream puffs to improve my mood, so my friend Cristina told me "Why do not we go to the oven or in italian Il forno?" Last year I worked late and many shops and bars were closed, but this one, the oven remains open until late at night and bakes pastries and desserts.

Ecco una pasticceria che io trovo adorabile, la conobbi lo scorso dicembre quando mi lasciai dal mio fidanzato. Ero molto triste e avevo proprio bisogno di torte e bignè per migliorare il mio umore, così la mia amica Cristina mi disse " Perchè non andiamo al forno?" Io lo scorso anno lavoravo fino a tardi e molti negozi e bar erano chiusi ma questo bìno, il forno rimane aperto fino a notte fonda e sforna pastine e dolci.

The oven is always used, both at night and during the day, as well as being a bakery, it is also a lunch and a breakfast, but desserts are their specialty. They have many types of cakes, biscuits and cream puffs, they also make cakes for birthdays or events, just book them the day before. Delicious mini cookies with which I often accompany the 'aperitif, usually drinking a glass of Prosecco. Hurray sweetness and bubbles!

Il forno è frequentato sempre, sia di notte che di giorno, oltre a essere pasticceria è anche punto pranzo e colazione, ma i dolci sono la loro specialità. Hanno tanti tipi di torte, biscotti e bignè, fanno anche torte per compleanni o eventi, basta prenotarle il giorno prima. Buonissimi i mini biscotti con i quali io spesso accompagno l' aperitivo, bevendo usualmente un bicchiere di Prosecco. Evviva dolcezza e bollicine!

The place is spacious and there are a lot of people, prices are normal and the environment is nice, very minimal, maybe a little disorganized, they also make ice cream and sandwiches, the bakery is located at the entrance and the staff is very young, there are always young boys to serve and it's nice to see young and friendly faces.
In short, the oven is a great place to enjoy cakes in peace and have a chat with friends back from a night out or meet the night owls.

Il posto è spazioso e ci sta tanta gente, i prezzi sono normali e l' ambiente è carino, molto minimal, forse un tantino disoersivo, fanno anche gelati e panini, la pasticceria è situata all' ingresso e il personale è molto giovane, ci sono sempre ragazzi giovani a servire ed è bello vedere volti giovani e cordiali.
Insomma il forno è un ottimo luogo dove gustare dolci in pace e fare due chiacchere con gli amici tornati da una serata fuori o incontrare i nottamboli.
