The best Take away Pizza and bread In Prato.
My boyfriend today took me to Montemurlo, a town in the province of Prato. A much loved and beautiful Tuscan city, this bar did not seem special at first, many students go there to take pizza to wait at the nearby bus stop. Then I understood its charm, the pizzas are spectacular!
The entrance.
The pizza ready to take away inside the paper with my little glass of Negroni.
You can eat both inside the restaurant and take away, in theory the tables use them for breakfasts or cards, in fact they are not used and their pizza is usually eaten wrapped in paper walking or waiting outside if the weather permits , They have many types of pizza, the dough is delicious and very delicate. I fell in love with it. You can take it to take away or eat in place or out pizza with sausage, zucchini, spinach, mozzarella, cooked, carrots, the classic margherita, with various types of ham, vegetables and cheeses. There is something for every taste and need.
Another strong point is the price, really low for the quality of the pizza! The price compared to many pizzerias is really insignificant. The staff is friendly and approachable, the place is run by three brothers and a sister who share a bar and a kitchen. Among the takeaway things there are also the Arabic bread (very good my boyfriend tells me) and other kind of breads full of ham, salads etc... and the white pizza with mozzarella or ham (the one I took was empty also if i prefere the one with sausage or ham as you can see from under photos they have full white pizza and big bread). In short, a comfortable and useful place with good takeaway pizzas!
The pizza choiche.
