This slice of carrot cake was best i have ever had. For non sweet toothies, this might taste overpowering, as you can feel the richness of every ingredient, i mean it when i say i have never tasted any better carrot cake.
And its freshness is evident, infact, their goodies are so fresh that at the last hour of every working day, they run a 75% off promo on their prducts, just to they can finish and have new stock in. I know this from the ones i have visited in IT park and in SM city cebu. Infact the one in IT park runs the promo for several hours as they close late. (possibly they are opne 24hrs,not sure)
Lamingtons never tasted better than this. It usually just vanilla cake but this had a surprise element of what tasted like caramel, and the chocolate and coconut coating ont he outside was extra rich, too fulfilling and hands down, the best.
