Turkish Vegetarian Meal in Konya
This is one of the most healthy nutritious veggie meal I had when we were visiting Turkey in Konya.
We actually came to this restaurant a few times to eat their homemade kebap.
One time, we tried their nutritious salad meal.
As you can see, the salad is very simple: veggies, lemon, hot pepper, sauce and Turkish appetizer sauce.
The Turkish sauce really made the salad so tasty! They tell us that the sauce contains a lot of Vitamin C in them.
We loved it so much that we ordered another big dish of veggies to finish the left-over sauce.
They gave us some more extra lemons and hot pepper.
The lemon is needed for the salad to go with the Turkish sauce.
As for the extra hot pepper, we did not finish it as we could not take so much the spicy element. But these hot pepper has a lot of good nutritious element to boost up our body immune system.
For the Turkish people, they can eat these hot pepper raw one by one easily. They are best eaten raw with all the nutrition in there rather thancooked.
In the end, you must also take Turkish tea to go with the Salad.
This is what makes the salad tastes extra special!

Hi @anggreklestari, this is not an old review as I have never reviewed it. But if you are saying that you don't accept places we went to on our Turkey trip 2017, that is a different matter. Does it mean that we only post recent restaurants that we have been to? This is important for us to know. Some of the greater places I want to recommend are Turkey places where I visited in 2017.
