Sabah Borneo Traditional Food
Today i would like to share to all about this exotic Sabah Traditional food. This type of food only can be found in Sabah, Borneo.
You can find Wild Borneo Mango, Young Bamboo Shoots, Pinasakan, Butod, Hinava, Bambangan, and many otehr delicious delicacies.
The name of the shop is Gibing, inspired by their forefathers name.
This place serve variety of local traditional food and your own picking. With idea of taking your own portion on your level of hungry'ness....
It is so tempting to take more, but do becareful, the more you take, the more expensive it will become for a plate of Mix Rice.
The shop is decorated with local tradiotnal handmade furniture, such as the table, chairs and the wooden bamboo shack.
It really bring back memory of those youngers days food during your grandfather and grand mother cooked.
My self and the Gibing owners. They are my old buddies and project work partners before, til today we are still strong brotherhood.
RM9.50 for my plate of Mix Traditional Food Rice. Totally loving every bit of it.
They open from 10.30am to 2pm and reopen for Dinner at 4.30pm - 10pm.
