Delicious & Healthy Soup or Fried Yong Tau Foo

My recent post also Yong Tau Foo, not sure Why , but honestly i damn love them. Me and @gelfire are trying to eat healthy food nowadays due to many friends has so much health problems. We have to start somewhere right??? Once of the best food is to eat Soup Yong Tau Foo, lots of protein and vegetables too!!!

So here its goes, this shop is located in Lintas Plaza, about 20min away from Central City of Kota Kinabalu. Take a grab, just key in the shop name as below written and the map will get your there.

Lintas is located in Sub-Urban housing estate, and has become one of the fastest moving bsiness district or commercial area ever since they built.

This area has a Hotel, lots of Br's, karaokes, restaurants with diffrents type of cuisine. Some of business oversea business buddies love to stay here as it is central to meet client and friends.

This shop original was located at Lido, and they recently moved here for expansion. They are doing well actually. This shop also seriously famous for their Hokkien Noodles, but i am not gonna talk about them as i did not order it.

It was just me and @gelfire and the delicious Yong Tau Foo, when the bowl arrive, i was surprised to see it was damn huge. Oh Well. Let's Dig in !!!

The Soup was fantastic, simple and elegant with the micture of the Yong Tau Foo, it was more tasty. They had a special dipping souce on the side, its their WINNER for that. It taste extra kick with sauce and sweetness from the Freshly Hand Made Fish Meats.

Actually, it is just a small stall , that this aunty renting from the main shop. Hong Kee is her Husband name actually and i ask her that night. Lol.

The surrounding area for this shop was cooling and breezy as it is in the Open air concept, it was laso Dinner time and many off work staff was having their dinner.

It was starting a full house that night, after we sat about min , many people came and had to wait for others to finish.

Now this aunty Yong Tau Foo has been my friend for a very long time, since they were at the old shop in Lido, she used to work alone and now she has 3-4 staff with her. She will do her Yong Tau Foo freshly hand made (as you can see the above pic).

This aunty and me has a special bond, we talk english together. Usually in Sabah, chinese people will speak Hakka dialect, but ther is a story with her. There was once a conversation between her that she used to work in London UK, about 4-5 yeras when she was younger, working her butt's off in the chinese restaurant. She explain that it was tough for her and but she presevere due to her son, which she has to feed and sent money back.

I am not sure how the conversation started, may be one of my late night party and visit to her stall for supper (Very BAD). Then i think i chat with her on my career and was in UK for studies and work.

Look at that BEAUTY !!!! All type and kind of Yong Tau Foo, they even have the 5 Spices Yam with Pork Intestines turn into Yong Tau Foo.

The Front Entrance of this Shop, they only open at night thou, morning they will rest.

They situated at the corner shop of Lintas Plaza, you wont missed it when you enter the area.
