Side Tripping @ Molave Milk Station
Going to the province could be draining. Good thing there is a stopover where we can stretch our cramped legs and cool off our heads. Along the road of Barili, where Molave Milk Station is located. They serve products made from goat's and carabao's milk.
What I mostly love is their gelato. We had buko pandan, strawberry and mango flavors. The ice cream was really creamy. It had enough sweetness that couldn't hurt our throat. My favorite was the buko pandan.
They really made it a point to make the place as cozy as possible for the travellers. There were tents and some nice lightings.
Other than dairy products, they also serve some meals for those hungry biyaheros.
The place was cool because of the trees surrounding the area that gave some natural shade.
