Quail Bird salan (speical local dish)
one of the best and expensive local dish is quail bird food in my area. people love to serve their guest with quail food. last day one of our friend invited us to party and served quail food. it is "quail salan". we all friends liked very much quail salan. it was delicious and nice flavour.
it was cooked by zum zum hotel chef. it is also need to mention here , that zum zum hotel chef are best chef , and cooked quail bird recipe in different taste.
here i would like to share with you some photos of food party.
chef of zum zum hotel cooked very delicious our local dish. my all friends liked it very much. qauil dish tasty was really awesome. we all friends again have wish to eat this dish again next week.
we paid total Rs.4000 rupees . this amount is equal to $37 for 7 peoples.
