Rescue cat
So this is my cat Tommy, yes he is a cat not a mountain lion.
Several years ago Tommy jumped into our backyard looking like nothing but a bag of bones and I felt quite sorry for him and fed him some scraps.
He was quite scared and didn't engage well.
The next day he returned and I fed him again.
Several years later, he hasn't left and has become our family cat.
He's also quite large and puts up a fight against our dog who learned not to go near him.
Goes to show, animals do recognize the good deeds we do for them.
You must of given that cat some BIG treats!
Rescue animals are the only way to go. I got this little guy just a week before he was due to be put down

We have six rescue cats. None that large. One we named Mr. C looks like a black panther. He's less than a year old and continues to grow. last weighed he is 11 pounds.
So good of you to feed and look after Tommy :)
