BEE'S IMPORTANT BEE'S

20181029_110044(0).jpgWe are well into spring and the many varieties of trees, shrubs and ground covers are flowering prolificly, and with the fresh sweet pollen comes the swarm of busy bees. They play such an important role in our global ecosystems moving and spreading the pollen around that if you were to take away their important roll that they fulfill then our forests and plants as we know them would start disappearing.

You have such hairy bees. I'm really noticing and appreciating the tiny solitary bees more and more. Do you have many of those in Aus?

nice pictures
colour of that polen is so strong

I wish you would post as many photos of Sandy :D

That second photo is my favourite and I don’t like insects. As before, you give these creatures personality in your shots. ❤️

And yes, there would be famines if we didn’t have the help of bees! I’m so glad we don’t have the same issues relating to pesticides hurting the bees as other countries do.

I know, you're right.

Wow I love the second photo. It is interesting the colour of the pollen is very orange. The ones I have seen have been yellow or pale yellow.
