Bahau must eat - Moh Ice Jelly «云桃雪»
Bahau is my hometown, this is one of the famous desert you should try if you ever had chance to visit Bahau. There are jelly made of seed of fruits and banana pectin. after mixed and let it cold it will coagulate. it helps to relieve heat especially in hot day!
马口的云桃雪是源自中国的传统食品。马口的天气非常热，下午来一碗云桃雪解暑是最棒的。它有什么特别呢? 它主要是用中国进口的云桃浪果种子还有香蕉的胶质做成。它冷的时候就会凝结，吃了可以消暑。加上淡奶和酸甘汁，入口层次感丰富，让人流连忘返。
