AWWW ALLERGY

I hate May and June in Malaysia. Its "Spring Time" in certain parts of the world. Flowers blooming but I only can enjoy looking at it. I don't dare to come closer or be near to flowers. The pollen is giving me itch and rashes.

I am suffering in silence for almost 2 weeks now. But today I can't take it anymore. I have rashes all over my body.
Worst thing is the itchiness makes me sleepless at night. I wish i can show you all my photo but let's just keep to myself for now. lol.

I tried using all kind of topical cream and have a cold shower. Not much help, so 1 of my friend recommended me to see a doctor. Being me, I hate clinics and hospital but this is so crucial so today I finally goes to clinic and seek Doctor's advice.

Thank God, he said I don't need a jab hahahaha. I am so against needles so i was jumping up and down in my imagination lar. But, I get "candies" from the doctor. Sigh..... I hate medicines. I hate eating them but I don't like itch itch also.

Moral of my story : I you want to get well better take your medicine. #Just a spoonful of sugar makes a medicine go down.

Oh no! I hope you are feeling better after taking meds. Does the doctor know what is the cause of such allergy? It's so sad to not able to enjoy nature up close and personal.

I used to have allergy eating seafood / anything that comes out from the water. From fish to clams, to even frogs (the Tin Gai ) , I could not touch them at all.

My family doctor told me that usually when this happens it is when our blood is dirty , which means there are toxins inside and the internal organs / immune system is not functioning as it should be.

I had a 21 days detox diet (vegetarian) and that gradually reduce the allergy from year to year.

I hope that this gives you some thoughts that could narrow down the cause of your allergy.

@littlenewthings yeah I heard that being a vegetarian detox will help. Mine is cause by pollens especially during this time of the year. Maybe I should do more detox diet. Thanks for the info. Cheers
