Now, we are at the second last month of the year, November and I felt the pressure that I have yet to achieve so many things yet! Especially @archisteem’s project. Well, it is important to trace what we had done and review from time to time on our productivity, so that we can better ourselves day by day, month by month. Let’s face it, that is what I always told myself on the unknown challenge lying ahead of me.

There are a few milestones that @archisteem had achieved in these recent months, especially September and October with so many collaboration happening and we see more activity on the Discord group too! Such a blessing to us and I am truly grateful to see everyone enjoyed to be part of the community. This is also the driver for me to keep this moving and make our first ever project a landmark.

Besides @archisteem, I am also running my own account as well as my day job and other sidekicks. To be honest, I need to be focus and not to do everything at once. That is what I learned through my journey. Hence, the focus now is more on @archisteem’s project while I am putting a hold on other pursuance.

Before I go into @archisteem progress report, I would like to review on my own account @kimzwarch on how well had I grown since last month.

I now added another component which is curation reward to keep track how it changes through time and how well I did for curating other articles. It is motivating as how I came from a measly 0.1 SP curation reward to a full single figure reward. Looking forward to moving the numbers to two figures.

With the amount of SP I have, I have chosen to delegate and lease to leverage the benefits in between. Now, I am leasing a total of 800 SP through @minnowbooster leasing which is super awesome, transparent and trustworthy. On the other hand, I am delegating a total of 510 SP to four different accounts. Here is a summary of my delegation and simple justification of why I delegated.

@justyy	351.074 SP	I knew him since a year plus ago when I joined the #cn community along with @tumutanzi. I wrote an article about him and his curation scheme which is amazing. He is currently a witness and currently at 62 while our big brother, @bitrocker2020 is at 88 as well as our TM Orca @kevinwong which is now at 48. Vote for them as they are really putting a lot of effort to improve the ecosystem!
@qurator	100.771 SP	Another great curation service account whereby they upvote based on the amount of delegation. They curated a lot of marvelous work and it is a good place to hunt for good content makers too. I am currently upvoting their posts (7 per week) to gain 1 tier extra for their upvoting service. Thus, I am now at 3^rd^ tier based on their categorization. Check them out!
@victorholyo	50.021 SP	A plankton who is new to Steemit. He is one of the editors for the @archisteem's project team and he wishes to post consistently and interact with the community. With his limited RC due to HF20, he has very limited flexibility with his account. Thus, I decided to delegate the amount to him for him to have a better start. Once he reaches 50 SP, I shall redelegate the amount to another plankton who needed it.

Although I do not see much ‘profit’ from leasing so much from @minnowbooster, as I needed to pay around 14 SP per month to maintain the lease which is still a relatively big sum. Anyhow, the account @kimzwarch is now the main support behind @archisteem curation trail as I had set the account to follow trail after 2 minutes after the upvote by @archisteem. As of now, the best weightage I can maintain is 50% max as I will need to curate more than 10 posts per day. I do hope to curate more by increasing my SP as soon as possible.

Now, back to @archisteem status report where I see a lot of progress in these 2 months.

Here is a summary of @archisteem activities:

I was blessed to attend a talk show called The Tarik Sunday which is organized by @zord189 with audiences from my amazing @teammalaysia. With this talk show, I grabbed the chance to promote about @archisteem and report about what we had gone through and our future plans.

Special thanks to @jaynie who is the founder of @steemitbloggers for making this collaboration came true. @archisteem is now actively curating contents from @steemitbloggers under #travel and we had also found a lot of talented Steemians to join our project team which includes @mattifer, @delishtreats, @fionasfavourites @clicked and @ireenchew! Such a passionate group of people.

Special thanks to @martibis who is the @steemitworldmap founder and @for91days who is the @travelfeed co-founder. My mistake for taking both of these initiatives as one (my confession). I will be talking to @for91days to discuss more on collaboration and another dedicated post to be made for @travelfeed. Both of these initiatives have attracted high quality authors who have vast experience in traveling, doing travelogue and also outstanding photography.

Special thanks to @fundition for funding us! Without the support from them, I don’t think @archisteem could gain so much acceleration and make the project possible. With the organic growth by earning post by post and little exposure and followers, it is a very hard process which I had gone through 16 months ago. Again, a great bow to the @fundition team. Anyone who would like to start a Steem project, do approach them on their website .

The most recent update on our project team line up and calling for more collaborators! We still need more manpower to work on the stories as I am aware that everyone has their own life commitment.

Milestone of 1001 Places to Remember:

August:

1. To hit 200 collected submissions (achieved)

September:

1. To hit 500 collected submissions (310 submissions, 279 qualified)
2. To find a web designer, an editor, and a graphic designer (found graphic designer, 3 editors)

October:

1. To hit 800 collected submissions (680 collected, 210 curated, 470 submitted, 637 qualified)
2. To have a demo website for internal trial (temporary halt, focus on editorial and publication design)
3. To have 400 submissions edited and start formatting for the publication (75 completed, total 12 editors)
4. To have the first draft template (to be posted by 4th November 2018)

November:

1. To hit 1001 collected submissions (364 submissions to go, 12 stories per day, need more SP to have better support for the author, looking for delegation and followers for curation trail)
2. To have amended website and ready for the second trial (temporary halt, focus on editorial and publication design)
3. To have real data inserted into the website (temporary halt, focus on editorial and publication design)
4. To have 800 submissions edited and edit formatting for the publication (60 stories per editor to summarize for the month, 3 stories per day as an estimated rate)
5. To have finalized design template and insert the submitted works and contents (showcase the overall concept and a few templates for comments and feedback, finalize content template to start insertion of content)

December:

1. To have a final trial by mid of December before publishing to the public by end of December
2. To fully insert all the works on the website before publishing to the public by end of December
3. To have all submissions edited and also complete formatting
4. To finish the publication and ready in PDF format by end of December
